Stop mass immigration from Bulgarian and Romanians in 2014, when EU restrictions on immigration are relaxed.

Responsible department: Home Office

In 2014 EU restrictions are set be removed, allowing nationals of Bulgaria and Romania ‘free movement’ to the UK. The move is similar to the one that granted access to around 600,000 Polish immigrants to enter Britain over recent years.

Despite Bulgaria and Romania joining the EU in 2005, restrictions were put on the number who could move to Britain. However, those restrictions will be abolished in 2014.

Once the restrictions are lifted all new comers will entitled to claim benefits, housing, child, job seekers etc. There is currently an estimated 1.5 million people seeking work within the two countries

The impact will also put pressure on housing, infrastructure, schools, and heath care. All at a time the government are cutting pensions, jobs, public services and the armed forces.

I request the government suspends the easing on these restrictions for another 5 years.

The government requests to renegotiate the immigration laws within the EU.

  • Three sisters and cousin escape with six-month suspended sentences
  • Maximum term for assault occasioning actual bodily harm is five years’ jail
  • Judge: ‘Those who knock someone to the floor and kick them in the head can expect to go inside, but I’m going to suspend the sentence’

A gang of Muslim women who attacked a passer-by in a city centre walked free  from court after a judge heard they were ‘not used  to being drunk’ because of their religion.

The group – three sisters and a cousin – allegedly screamed ‘kill the white slag’ as they set upon Rhea Page as she waited for a taxi with her boyfriend.

Miss Page, 22, was left with a bald patch where her hair was pulled out in the attack and was left ‘black and blue’ after suffering a flurry of kicks to the head, back, arms and legs while motionless on the pavement.

Ambaro Maxamed, 24, students Ayan Maxamed, 28, and Hibo Maxamed, 24, and their 28-year-old cousin Ifrah Nur each admitted actual bodily harm, which carries a maximum sentence of five years’ imprisonment.

But Judge Robert Brown gave them suspended jail terms after hearing mitigation that as Muslims, the women were not used to being drunk. The Koran prohibits Muslims from consuming alcohol, although Islamic teachings permit its use for medicinal purposes.

After the sentencing, Ambaro Maxamed wrote on her Twitter account: ‘Happy happy happy!’, ‘I’m so going out’, and ‘Today has been such a great day’.

Yesterday Miss Page, a care worker, called the sentence ‘disgusting’ and said the gang deserved ‘immediate custody’.

‘It’s no punishment at all,’ she said. ‘And for them to say they did it because they were not used to alcohol is no excuse. If they were not supposed to be drinking then they shouldn’t have been out in bars at that time of night.

‘Even after the police came and they all ran away, one of them came running back to kick me in the head one last time.

‘I honestly think they attacked me just because I am white. I can’t think of any other reason.’

Miss Page was treated for bruises and grazes after the attack in June last year as she walked to a taxi rank with boyfriend Lewis Moore, 23, in Leicester city centre.

At the time she worked caring for people with autism and learning difficulties but gave up the job after repeated absences because of stress and flashbacks.

She is still having counselling and suffers panic attacks.

She said: ‘We were just minding our own business but they kept shouting “white bitch” and “white slag” at me. When I turned around one of them grabbed my hair then threw me on the ground.

‘They were taking turns to kick me over and over. I thought they were going to kill me.’

None of the defendants was charged with racial aggravation. Nur claimed Mr Moore, a fence builder, had been racially abusive, but this was not accepted by the prosecution.

Gary Short, mitigating for Ambaro Maxamed, said the attack was down to alcohol. He said: ‘Although Miss Page’s partner used violence, it doesn’t justify their behaviour.

‘They’re Somalian Muslims and alcohol or drugs isn’t something they’re used to.’

The four women, who all live in Leicester, were each sentenced to six-month jail terms, suspended for 12 months, at Leicester Crown Court last month.

Hibo Maxamed also received a four-month curfew between 9pm and 6am, while the others were ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work.

Judge Brown said that ‘those who knock someone to the floor and kick them in the head can expect to go inside’.

But he said he accepted the women may have felt they were the victims of unreasonable force from Mr Moore as he tried to defend his girlfriend, and handed the defendants a suspended sentence.

Speaking at her home, Hibo Maxamed said: ‘I’m not proud of it, it’s not something I want to talk about. I just want to get on with my life.’

When asked if she wanted to apologise, she replied: ‘What, to the public? I really don’t care.’

Men jailed for brutal assault outside Peterborough bar

Five men have been given prison sentences totalling more than 12 years between them for a brutal assault that left two men lying in the street outside a Peterborough bar.

Deividas Matusevicius (20), Lukas Banys (20), Sarunas Galinas (19), Ricardas Bartos (23) and Kestutis Baranauskas (21), all of Church Walk, Peterborough, appeared at Peterborough Crown Court today (Monday).

They were sentenced for their part in an incident outside Coco in Broadway that left two men suffering serious injuries.

The court heard that one of the victims, James Burke (21) is still in residential care after suffering life-threatening, brain injuries and faces an “uncertain” prognosis for future recovery while their second victim, Trevor Veni (60) suffers from double vision and facial disfigurement after suffering fractures to his skull during the attack in the early hours of May 21.

Craig McDougall, prosecuting, showed the court CCTV footage taken from both inside Coco nightclub and outside in Broadway.

The footage inside the club showed the group of Lithuanians having drinks and Mr Burke talking to a woman at the side of the dance floor.

Banys is seen coming up to the woman, grabbing her from behind and talking to her, ending up at one point on his knees and her walking away. Matusevicius helps Benys to his feet and shakes hands with Mr Burke.

Shortly afterwards, he returns across the dancefloor and assaults Mr Burke and a fight ensues as Matusevicius is ejected from the premises.

Banys is also ejected from the club along with Baranauskas, while Galinis and Bartos were already outside the club by this point in the evening.

A little while later, Matusevicius is seen returning to the club and kicking the door outside before getting into a fight with Mr Burke, which saw him stamp on him while he was down on the ground.

In the meantime Mr Veni, who had helped staff to eject members of the group from the club earlier in the evening, had come out of the club and was walking through the melee when he was assaulted by Matusevicius and Banys.

Both Mr Veni and Mr Burke were left lying on the street.

While Bartos and Baranauskas were not involved in the attacks on Mr Burke or Mr Veni, they were involved in the fracas outside the night club for a few moments.

The court also heard that Baranauskas had suffered injuries to his face, which required stitches, after he was assaulted inside the night club before he was ejected.

James Martin, defending Matusevicius, said: “He was the main aggressor and he threw the first punch and he is not trying to duck from his responsibility. He was 19 at the time of the offence and of good character.

“He is appalled about what he has done and struggles for an explanation about what he has done.”

Counsel defending the other defendants said they all had previous good character, were young, remorseful and submitted early guilty pleas.

Judge Sean Enright sentencing jailed Matusevicius for a total of 10 years, eight years for causing grevious bodily harm with intent to Mr Burke and two years for causing grevious bodily harm to Mr Veni to be served consecutively.

He was also jailed for two years and six months for affray, to be served concurrently.

Banys was jailed for two years for causing grevious bodily harm to Mr Veni and 12 months for affray to be served concurrently.

Galinis (19) was jailed for 10 months for assault occasioning actual bodily harm on Mr Burke and 10 months for affray to be served concurrently.

Bartos and Baranauskas were sentenced to nine months and seven months respectively for affray. They were able to walk free from the court because they have already served their sentences on remand while waiting for the hearing to go ahead.

They had all pleaded guilty to the offences at a previous hearing.

Internet stalker/troll “Darcy” exposed #edl #evf #uaf #northallerton #york

For three years a woman has stalked and trolled on Facebook and taken pics of people and their families and posted them up with details of where they live or work in the hope that she can get them attacked and/or cause problems for them in work. She will photoshop pics so it looks like people are wearing nazi tshirts and was responsible for widely circulating a leaked list of people who had bought EDL merchandise, again hoping they would be attacked. She posted details of one girl and her baby who had to be moved out of her flat in Oldham after her windows were smashed. This nasty piece of work is called Helen-Marie Brown (aka Helen-Marie Shirley). The fellow Commie who pointed us at her real facebook profile, which was wide open said she works in a prison in Northallerton/York. It was clear from this profile that she is a member of the expose stalking team. This woman is not fit to work in a prison, she is an evil stalker and has caused a lot of problems for people, just because she doesnt believe that anyone is entitled to a different political viewpoint than her. Here she is. On twitter she is @exposingdarcy
